Terms of Service

CivoraED provides a multi-tenant school operations platform for parent CRM, student CRM, grade reporting, invoices, payments, enrollment marketing, campaign planning, and communications workflows.

Each school is responsible for configuring its workspace, inviting authorized users, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring its use of the platform complies with laws, school policies, and contractual obligations.

Users must keep login credentials confidential and use only the permissions assigned to them. Administrators are responsible for assigning roles to teachers, parents, marketing staff, and school operators.

Parents and guardians may access only information made available to them by the school, such as linked student progress and open invoices.

Schools retain responsibility for the student, parent, billing, academic, prospect, and campaign information entered into the platform. CivoraED processes this information to provide the requested service.

Users may not upload data they are not authorized to process, including sensitive student information without an appropriate legal basis and internal school approval.

When payment processing is configured, checkout is handled by the connected payment provider. CivoraED stores invoice and checkout metadata needed to operate the parent payment workflow.

Schools remain responsible for refunds, tuition policies, fee disputes, and communicating billing terms to families.

Schools must obtain and document appropriate consent before sending email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or social campaigns. The platform may store consent basis and compliance disclaimer text for audit context.

Users may not use CivoraED for spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful robocalls, harassment, or communications that violate carrier, platform, or messaging-provider rules.

CivoraED is provided as a web application and may change as features are improved. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, secure, and production-ready.

The service may be suspended for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, maintenance, or legal compliance reasons.
